Matisse & Jack's will donate 25% of the sales to your organization.
Here is how it works

Just print and make photocopies of the Parent or Individual Order Form to give to parents, friends,
or supporters of your organization.
Enlist a parent or staff volunteer to collect orders and payment from participants.

Once you have received all orders, tally the total, fill out the School Order Form, and mail it with payment to:
